Re: Converting Miriad data into MeasurementSet form
The importmiriad task in CASA versions 4.4 and earlier contain a bug such that they are unable to read in certain kinds of (mixed-frequency) Miriad data. The issue showed up with a CABB data set containing four IFs from L/S band (1 and 3 in continuum, 2 and 4 in multiple-channel zooms) and two IFs f...

Text vs numbers in table and figure links
The references to tables and figures are strange. See section 1.2: Figure 1 is labeled as "Figure 1" in the figure caption, but in the text it is "Figure atcatrack" where "atcatrack" is the link. Table 1.1 is labeled as Table 1.1 in the table caption, but in the text it...

Poor navigation buttons in the User Guide
There's a bug that should be fixed/changed in order to make it easier to navigate the Users Guide. There are five buttons at the top and bottom of each page: [<] [>] [<<] [Up] [>>] The [<] and [>] buttons take you to the previous or next sub-sub-section of the guide, which is not very useful. Exampl...

Wrong link to ATCA Forum
Section 4.3 of the Users Guide has the wrong link to the ATCA forum:
It links to http://atcaforum.freeforums.org
rather than to http://atcaforum.atnf.csiro.au/
Please fix this broken link so that ATCA Users can find us!

Typo: -50 deg is not equal to -5 deg
Typo in the Users Guide in Section 1.4.4.1, which states that objects with a declination further north of -50 degrees should be observed with hybrid configurations because they are close to the array horizon. Pretty sure that should be -5 degrees... unless we've all been doing it wrong. Please fix t...

Re: The ATCA Users Guide
Section 2.1.2 of the Users Guide mentions a cycle ("Frequencies within any particular band can be changed every cycle if so desired, however there is an overhead of two cycles as the request for LO frequency changes propagates through the system.") but does not explain what this cycle is ...

It's hosted on the Parkes website, but is recommended/linked from the ATCA observing page . On the COORD page, the description given for th...
