Hi All,
I've been obtaining estimates of the total integration time on my sources by using the integration time reported as default by UVSPEC at the top of the figure. This works if you don't average over the baselines (otherwise you get the integration time x number of baselines) and run UVSPEC on the visibility data of a single source.
However, while simple and effective, this does seem a rather round-about method of obtaining this information, and so I was wondering if there was a more standard Miriad method of calculating it?

Hi James,
I've always used the time listed by uvindex - total observing time in hours.
You need to run this on a single source file too.
If you've flagged large time ranges you might need to do a uvaver first to drop the flagged data.

Thanks! I've only been using uvindex on the full data set, and it hadn't occurred to me to run on a single source vis data.
