gpnorm gives fatal error when bandpass tables are present

Thanks - I think I identified the problem on my side. (I was running my cal. pipeline in a terminal window that still used the old version of miriad). Now I get the familiar
### Informational: Bandpass tables present
### Fatal Error: GPNORM does not work correctly in this case
back (a blessing and a curse)
