COORD

Documentation bug report:

COORD is a useful observing tool that reports the rise and set times for a source on a particular date at a particular telescope site.
It's hosted on the Parkes website, but is recommended/linked from the ATCA observing page.

On the COORD page, the description given for the required date/time format is not what the tool actually accepts. Next to the UT time box is the description "[day mon year hour min]".
However, the UT box actually accepts the format "[year mon day hour min]". Fortunately, the example given by default in the box (or after clicking the reset button) is in the correct
format, so this is not a deal-breaker. However, it's particularly confusing to use when you happen to visit COORD on a day that is equal to its month, i.e. Jan 1st, Feb 2nd, March 3rd, etc.,
because the example is ambiguous on those days.

(This should hopefully be a minor fix.)

The COORD script has been re-written using PyEphem. Hopefully past bugs/issues have been addressed.
