Hi there,
I wonder if I could change the number of accepted or rejected visibilities in invert but in 'MFS' mode. something similar to "slop" in cube imaging.
Cheers,
Sara

Re: Number of accepted visibilities
Hi Sara,
Invert should be using every visibility it can to make an MFS image. Have you seen a problem where invert is not accepting as much data as you expect?

Re: Number of accepted visibilities
Hi Jamie,
This is what I get when I use invert:
Reading the visibility data ...
Making MFS images
Visibilities accepted: 38697615
### Warning: Visibilities rejected: 15025116
So It rejects 27% of the data.

Re: Number of accepted visibilities
Hi Sara,
Assuming you're trying to make a 16cm image, it would not surprise me if 27% of the band was flagged.
You can check with the uvfstats task how much of your band has been flagged. I just confirmed with one of my datasets that invert is rejecting only the flagged visibilities, as expected.
