After ATLOD with "options=RFIFLAG", the unflagged channels are from 102 to 1933. Should I set line=chan, 1832, 102 in
gpcal, so that this channel range is split into nfbin bins and the first bin starts from 102?

Excellent question!
Yes, if the number of bins is large (e.g., 16), it would be better to set the line parameter the way you suggest. This would avoid having a first and last bin with nearly half the channels flagged.
If you have less than 8 bins it probably doesn't make much difference.
To check this indeed made a difference I updated gplist to list the mean bin frequencies for the frequency dependent gain table.
